MANDRI PREMIER STORE CAIXABANK

ARQUIO is carrying out the reform of  Caixabank office to adapt them to the innovative Premier Store model.

As Store Model, prioritizes innovation, transparency and proximity to the customer. This new concept, which approaches the world of retail trade, consolidates the entity as a benchmark for innovation and quality of service. It talks about a concept a little bit more elegant and cosy.

The customer’s shopping experience within the office is improved. The aesthetics of the office is completely different from the conventional one, in the same way that it also changes the relationship between workers and clients, to whom we give all the prominence.

The new MANDRI PREMIER STORE CAIXABANK, located on Sarria´s quartier in the center of Barcelona, opened its doors on June 25, 2019 . It has an approximate area of 376.84 ​​m2.

ARQUIO has been responsible for the realization of the viability project, development of the basic and executive project, Health and Safety coordination, project manager, work and activity licenses, measurements, budget control, facultative direction in the final execution of the work of the STORES CAIXABANK projects.
