Barcelona (90 sqm)

The first of the two flats we refurbished in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter to transform them into two large and comfortable short-stay apartments. The main issue was to take advantage of the high ceilings and great side lines of a loft while not losing privacy. The simple yet modern finishes on floors, kitchens and bathrooms are a great counterpoint to the restored ceiling vaults and beams and the exposed brick walls. An ideal example of harmony and the coexistence of modern style in an old environment.
